1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use 399ba's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using any gaming service on 399ba.

• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.
• VIP tier promotions depend on regular activity and wagering, and are determined at 399ba's sole discretion.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting on 399ba are governed by specific rules. Please read the rules of the relevant game carefully before playing.

• If a round or bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be refunded.
• Results after a disconnection will be considered valid — 399ba is not responsible in such cases.
• If any error or discrepancy is found in a game result, notify the support team immediately.
• If any player uses fraudulent software or techniques, their account will be permanently closed.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
